Manage your subscription

To manage your subscription:

1. Click on the workspace switcher in the top left corner of the app

2. Click on Workspace Settings

3. Choose Billing

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, click Change Plan. To cancel your subscription, click Change Plan, then select Cancel Subscription in the top-right corner.

Note: Changes to your workspace subscription will apply to all workspace members.

Invoices

You can view and download invoices from the Billing section. Please note that invoices already issued cannot be modified.

Refer & earn

Earn free volts by referring others to Visual Electric. When someone signs up using your referral link, you both receive 100 free volts. Your referral volts will appear in your account within 24 hours after the user signs up.

To find your unique referral link:

1. Click your Profile Menu in the bottom-left corner of the app.

2. Select Refer & Earn.

3. Click Copy Link.

Image licensing

Images created on our Free plan include a personal-use license, suitable for non-commercial projects. Images created on any of our Paid plans include a royalty-free commercial license, which permits usage for any purpose, including commercial use or resale.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, past generations within your workspace automatically receive a royalty-free commercial license. This commercial license remains valid indefinitely—even after canceling or downgrading your subscription. However, if you downgrade to the Free plan, all future images generated will revert to a personal-use license.

You can always upgrade again later to retroactively apply a royalty-free commercial license to any previously generated images.
