What are volts?

Volts power the generative features of Visual Electric. Each plan provides a set number of volts each month. Once your volts have been consumed, your account will automatically switch into relaxed generation mode.

What are relaxed generations?

On paid plans, after using all your volts, you can continue to generate unlimited images at relaxed speeds, one at a time, based on GPU availability (usually about one image per minute).

Can volts be shared within a workspace?

Volts are for individual users and cannot be shared within a workspace.

Can I enable relaxed generations manually?

We offer unlimited relaxed generations as a courtesy to our paying customers once they have consumed all their volts. However, this mode cannot be manually enabled.

Do I need to keep my subscription to maintain the license for my image?

The license for your image is granted at the time of generation and does not require an active subscription to maintain it.

What does “Images may be shared” mean?

Images generated on the Standard or Free plans may occasionally be featured in the Inspo Gallery or shared on social media. If you prefer not to have your images and prompts shared, you can upgrade to Pro or Ultra.

Do you provide refunds?

Due to the costs we incur when generating images, we’re unable to provide refunds.

Do unused volts rollover to the next month?

Unused credits expire at the end of the monhtly billing period.
